After sending your WhatsApp order, papa will reply with UPI payment details. Pay via GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or bank transfer and let him know once done. He'll confirm receipt and dispatch your order. Shipping is free — the price you see is the price you pay.

Yes — we deliver pan-India with free shipping included in every price. Orders reach most cities in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Bikaner city orders typically arrive same day or next day. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Your cart and wishlist draft are stored only in your browser's local storage — never sent to us unless you complete checkout. When you place an order via the online payment flow, your name, delivery address, phone number, and order details are securely stored in our Firebase database (Google Cloud) so we can fulfil your order and verify your payment. This data is used only for order fulfilment and is never sold or used for marketing — it's shared only with our shipping courier and, for online payments, our payment partner Razorpay.
