After sending your WhatsApp order, papa will reply with UPI payment details. Pay via GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or bank transfer and let him know once done. He'll confirm receipt and dispatch your order. Any shipping charge is shown clearly before you pay — never added silently.

Yes — we deliver pan-India. Orders above ₹2500 ship free; a flat ₹80 shipping fee applies below that, for rakhis and festive decor alike. Metro cities typically receive orders in 1-5 business days, and the rest of India in 3-8 business days after dispatch — very remote pin codes can take longer depending on courier partner availability. Papa sends tracking updates directly over WhatsApp or SMS as soon as your rakhi is dispatched. You'll receive the courier tracking number and can message him at any point for a status update.

Your cart is stored only in your browser's local storage — never sent to us unless you complete checkout. When you place an order via the online payment flow, your name, delivery address, phone number, and order details are securely stored in our Firebase database (Google Cloud) so we can fulfil your order and verify your payment. This data is used only for order fulfilment and is never sold or used for marketing — it's shared only with our shipping courier and, for online payments, our payment partner Razorpay.
