About our products
Every piece at Arihant Novelty — rakhis, torans, rangoli and other festive decor — is handcrafted in our Bikaner workshop. Because each piece is made by hand, minor variations in bead placement, colour tone, or stone shade are natural and expected — they are a feature of authentic handmade work, not a defect.
How orders work
Orders can be placed via two flows:
- WhatsApp flow: The checkout form builds a pre-filled WhatsApp message. Your order is placed only when you tap Send in WhatsApp. We reply to confirm availability, finalise pricing, and arrange delivery.
- Online payment flow: You fill in delivery details and proceed to a payment screen. Your order is captured in our system. Depending on the payment method offered at checkout, payment is either processed automatically through our payment partner Razorpay (cards, UPI, NetBanking, wallets), or made directly from your UPI app or bank to our UPI ID / bank account — in which case you confirm the payment on the screen, which notifies us on WhatsApp.
Payments — important notice
Payments made through our secure checkout are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials — Razorpay handles this data directly and shares with us only the payment status and a transaction reference.
Duplicate payments: If you have already completed a payment, do not initiate a second one. If you believe a duplicate payment occurred, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 84339 98804 or email support@arihantnovelty.com with your order ID and payment reference (transaction/payment ID, or UTR for bank transfers). We will make every reasonable effort to identify and resolve duplicate transactions, but Arihant Novelty is not liable for duplicate payments arising from customer error where the issue was not reported promptly.
Payments processed through Razorpay confirm automatically, typically within seconds. Where manual verification applies instead, confirmation is sent via WhatsApp within a few hours of your confirmation and may vary during peak season.
Delivery
We deliver across India. Delivery availability depends on our courier partner's coverage of your PIN code — we will confirm this over WhatsApp after you place your order. Every piece is handcrafted and quality-checked by hand, so please allow 2–3 working days for dispatch; after that, typical delivery time is 1-8 business days depending on your location — some areas can take a little longer depending on the shipping partner, route, and other factors; we do our best to get it to you on time. Orders above ₹4,999 ship free; a flat ₹80 shipping fee applies below that, for rakhis and festive decor alike.
Pricing
Prices shown on the site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice until your order is placed and paid for — the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Only one coupon code can be applied per order; coupon discounts cannot be combined with each other or with any other offer or credit note.
GST / Tax
Arihant Novelty is not registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST). No GST is charged on any order. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Data we collect
When you place an order through the online payment flow, your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address, pincode, and order items are stored in our Firebase database (Google Cloud) for the purpose of order fulfilment, payment reconciliation, and delivery. Your delivery details are shared with our courier partner to generate a shipping label. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Limitation of liability
We are a small family workshop. Our liability is limited to the value of products purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by factors outside our control, orders placed after the stated cutoff date, or duplicate payments not reported promptly.
