About our products
Every rakhi at Arihant Novelty is handcrafted in our Bikaner workshop. Because each piece is made by hand, minor variations in bead placement, thread colour tone, or stone shade are natural and expected — they are a feature of authentic handmade work, not a defect.
How orders work
Orders can be placed via two flows:
- WhatsApp flow: The checkout form builds a pre-filled WhatsApp message. Your order is placed only when you tap Send in WhatsApp. We reply to confirm availability, finalise pricing, and arrange delivery.
- Online payment flow: You fill in delivery details and proceed to a payment screen. Your order is captured in our system and you make payment directly via UPI or bank transfer. You must then confirm your payment on the screen, which notifies us on WhatsApp.
Payments — important notice
Our payment screen is a payment verification tool, not an automated merchant gateway. We do not process or capture your card or UPI credentials. Payments are made directly from your UPI app or bank to our UPI ID / bank account.
After making a payment, you must tap the "I've paid — Confirm Order" button on the payment screen. This sends a WhatsApp notification to us. Our team manually reconciles every payment against our bank statement before confirming and dispatching your order.
Duplicate payments: If you have already completed a transaction in your UPI app, do not initiate a second payment. If you believe a duplicate payment occurred, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 90797 33925 with your order ID and UTR/transaction reference. We will make every reasonable effort to identify and resolve duplicate transactions, but Arihant Novelty is not liable for duplicate payments arising from customer error where the issue was not reported promptly.
Payment confirmation from our side will be sent via WhatsApp within a few hours of your confirmation. Manual verification timing may vary during peak season.
Shortlist Catalogs (Wishlist)
Our "Create a catalog" feature is a self-service tool provided for your convenience to help family members choose and share designs. Shared catalogs rely entirely on browser local storage and URL parameter encapsulation. You are solely responsible for sharing shortlist URLs. Shortlists do not guarantee stock reservation or lock in inventory; product availability is confirmed only upon order confirmation over WhatsApp.
Delivery
We deliver across India. Bikaner orders are fulfilled same day or next day. For all other cities, delivery availability depends on our courier partner's coverage of your PIN code — we will confirm this over WhatsApp after you place your order. Typical delivery time outside Bikaner is 3–7 business days.
The order cutoff for Raksha Bandhan 2026 (28 August) is 20 August 2026. Orders placed after this date may not be fulfilled in time.
Pricing
Prices are confirmed over WhatsApp. Listed or communicated prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
GST / Tax
Arihant Novelty is not registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST). No GST is charged on any order. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Data we collect
When you place an order through the online payment flow, your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address, pincode, and order items are stored in our Firebase database (Google Cloud) for the purpose of order fulfilment, payment reconciliation, and delivery. Your delivery details are shared with our courier partner to generate a shipping label. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Limitation of liability
We are a small family workshop. Our liability is limited to the value of products purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by factors outside our control, orders placed after the stated cutoff date, or duplicate payments not reported promptly.
