Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Simply WhatsApp us with your order details and we will cancel it without charge. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Damaged or defective items
If your rakhi arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please WhatsApp us within 24 hours of receiving the order with:
- Your order details (name + order ID if you have it)
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Change of mind
Because our rakhis are handcrafted and made in small quantities, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind. Please review your cart carefully before placing an order.
After Raksha Bandhan
Return requests received after 7 days from delivery or after Raksha Bandhan (28 August 2026), whichever is earlier, cannot be processed.
