Returns & Exchange
- Not satisfied? WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery to return it for a refund. We'll try to arrange a pickup, but it isn't possible at every pincode — if our courier can't reach you, you send it back to us. We refund once it reaches us and we've checked it's the same item.
- Wrong design, colour or finish? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we'll make it right.

Care
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth — avoid water on the brass parts.
- Use with a tea-light only; never leave an open flame unattended.
- Store in a dry place when not in use.
- Handmade, not machine-made — small rough patches, a touch of visible glue, or a tiny chip on an edge can happen and are normal, easily fixed at home. These aren't covered by exchange or refund; we only replace genuinely major damage from transit or our mistake, reported within 7 days with a clear photo.
