Story behind this rakhi
Most of our meenakari peacock work uses bold, saturated colours — this design takes the same traditional motif and renders it in soft pastels. The gentle blues, mints, and pinks feel more contemporary while the craft technique remains unchanged.

- Wrong design, colour or finish? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we'll make it right.
- Damaged in transit? Tell us within 7 days with photos — we'll replace it at no cost to you.
- Manufacturing defect? You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange for the same product.

Care
- Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, and sweat where possible.
- Store flat in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Handmade, not machine-made — small rough patches, a touch of visible glue, or a tiny chip on an edge can happen and are normal, easily fixed at home. These aren't covered by exchange or refund; we only replace genuinely major damage from transit or our mistake, reported within 7 days with a clear photo.
