Handcrafted — please allow 2–3 working days for preparation, hand quality-check and careful packing before dispatch (excluding Sundays and holidays). If this design needs longer, we'll tell you the expected timeline before dispatch.

Returns & Exchange
- Not satisfied? WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery to return it for a refund. We'll try to arrange a pickup, but it isn't possible at every pincode — if our courier can't reach you, you send it back to us. We refund once it reaches us and we've checked it's the same item.
- Wrong design, colour or finish? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we'll make it right.
- Damaged in transit? Tell us within 7 days with photos and an unboxing video — we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Handmade by design: a loose AD stone or thread, or small variations in tassels, beads or patches between pieces (made by different karigars, from varying raw material) aren't defects and can't be returned or exchanged — the overall look stays the same as shown. See the full policy →
Care
- Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, and sweat where possible.
- Store flat in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Handmade, not machine-made — small rough patches, a touch of visible glue, or a tiny chip on an edge can happen and are normal, easily fixed at home. These aren't covered by exchange or refund; we only replace genuinely major damage from transit or our mistake, reported within 7 days with a clear photo.
